Nope Miss Allie, the Splassh by Brocato is a non sulfate shampoo and conditioner good for all hair types. It is a salon quality brand at a very reasonable price. I picked some up at the beautyshow in Orlando. Bracato also has another one called Cloud 9...but were sold out before I got to the booth.
