Im a newbie here and I was wondering.....Can you thicken your hair after it has been through the "dye" process. My hair thinned out BADLY now I was wondering can it become thicker again?

I'd reccommend a good multivitamin, biotin, MSM, vitamin c, super b complex and Omega 3-6-9.
 
Also use castor oil or vitamin e oil as a pre-poo treament once a week overnite prior to shampooing. Make sure that you put a thin plastic cap on after saturating the scalp and hair with the oil and a satin scarf on top of the plastic cap.
 
Also adding eggs or mayo to your deep conditioner will help strengthen the hair.
