Does it hold up the same as the elite thermo or better.....how well does it hold curl?  I'm assuming it needs water spritzed on it before curling?

Thanks,

Current install-Bohyme Bodywave #30 and #14 in the straight hair/ they didn't have the #14 in bodywave, so I mixed them...works great!

I can tell you more in a few weeks, I am doing my first install sometime soon, as far as I know, you do need to wet it to curl it. You might want to try the oven thing in another post, or boiling water if you want to wear it curly all the time.

its really NOT that much work. I wear my hair curly everyday. With wawa, I curled it ONCE a week. I got out of the shower everyday and blowdried the top, by the time the top was dry the wawa was damp, near dry. I might touch up a curl here and there but my styling time was a FRACTION of time that I usually spend. So it was certainly a BIG time savor. And I would wear the wawa again if there were more color options and I could make it feel like human hair!

I cant compare it to Elite Thermo....Ive never seen or used the elite.

Hi Jeep Girl...I used WaWa for my clip-ins so I can't tell you much about the maintainence, but I can tell you had to trim the ends every so often because they would get yucky.

I also had a little problem with tangling, but that was solved by using Velvasil.

I think the WaWa is good for occasional use like clip-ins, but with my torture I don't think it would last for everyday use.  It did hold a beautiful curl though!!

I find thermo (GOOD thermo) to be much less work than human hair. I curl mine once a week (twice if I want vavoom curl) while it's damp after a shower and that's typically it for a week. I always wear my hair long so having not to curl my hair every morning for work is a real timesaver.
