I am going to order those colors and try that.  How did you get the colors to look like that?!  How much fusion did you put in?  I'm only going to use Protac and any advice how to get that look is appreciated!

I only used fusion around the top section because of how short her top layers were.  I did three doubled up dark rows up to the ear and then one doubled up dark row all around and then started with the blonde and then layered loads of the blonde back out to show the dark at the back, hope that helps x

Amanda-
when you say you did three doubled up dark rows up to the ear does that mean the 2nd weft goes directly on on top of the other on the tape or do the wefts not touch on the same tape?  How much blonde rows did u put in with the tape?  were they doubled also?  did u do a lot of fusion on the top?  SORRY FOR ASKING SO MANY QUESTIONS, LOL.  I'm new to protac and installing these myself and I'm trying to learn and I realy like your work!

I stuck the wefts together with keratin out of a glue gun and then placed them under the protac.  I did three blonde on her fringe side and two on her other side, none of the blonde were doubled apart from the very top fringe side.  I just did the fusion around the back and (not) fringe side.  I only did around 20 fusion x

Hi Amamda!
I love your work, it's so pretty!!Thumbs%20Up
I wonder if your customer shouldn't try to wear a "darker" blonde though, like 22/27 or a mix of 16 and 24
just an idea!Ermm

I know what you mean Frenchie but she's only 19 so she likes it really bright x Plus the thermo doesn't come in a darker blonde yet so she had no choice really lol x

Hi Amanda,
If she had no other choice of color, she is very lucky because it matches perfectly her own hair color.
I have had a hard time for years to find the good color to match my blonde, now I mix 3 different tones of Bohyme.
When I was 19, my hair was bright red!!!Evil%20Smile just like that!

so on top of the last dark row all around the head  you didn't have any blonde rows right?  I mean the blonde  rows were only on the side after the last dark row, right?

When you say three blonde on one side and two on the other side do you mean 3  rows of tape with doubled weft on one side and 2 rows of the same thing on the other side?

Sorry to bother you once again, I was just a little confused.

Can you keep us updated on how the hair holds up for her..

Thank you so much!

french - I'd love to experiment with different colours.  Leelou always has bright funky colours in her hair but each time I do my install I always talk myself out of them lol I'm just not brave enough lol.

Jay - Yes there were two blonde rows of single protac in the back above the brown but because of the shape of her head I split the blonde rows into three all the way round otherwise there would have been a lip if I had done one long piece, its just having the eye for if you need another really, the shorter the top layer the higher up you'll need to go to stop it mushrooming.

I did two rows on the non fringe side of single blonde and then on the fringe side I did two rows of single blonde and then doubled up the last rows on her fringe side because I changed the shape of her fringe so I bought the final row right forward so it would have looked sparse if I hadn't doubled it up.

I installed a few blonde rows in a client a couple of weeks ago and she loves it and has had no problems with it either, in fact she's changing over from human x
