Date Posted: February 11 2001 at 6:08pm for one, thanks to foxfan...i think it was that told me using vitamen e on my hair is a good thing. i have been using it once every 3 days for the last week and a half or so. i will break open a capsule and smear it together in my hands and add a little hot water to my hands and run it through my hair. i leave it on about 5 minutes and rinse it out and wow! lets just say a week ago there was not one strand of hair below my ears and now it is about 1/8 inch below my ears. i also have been taking a b-12 vitamen and exercising and scalp massages. my hair does naturally grow fast and im thankful for that! now i just want to get my hair to the point where it lays down flat on my head instead of sticking up everywhere.
