I am installing the silicone microrings.  Can I use deep conditioner on these or will they fall out?  And a funny question but I just got the plyer for them from you.  What is the last half moon part of it & the round slicing part with a hole in the middle?

Like most methods, keep conditioner off of the rings as much as possible. You shouldnt have trouble with slipping.  The pliers you purchased are a mulitfuction plier. Which Im sure was originally designed for other purposes like wire cutting, stripping wire. They repurposed these mutifuction pliers for hair extensions use and labeled them for 'hair tools. The notches are for different types of rings. The round notch is for re-opening the rings. That "moon shape" would be for bending the rings into a U shape. There are some rings that are designed to be... not crimped flat but folded into a book shape. So this tool folds them into a U shape, then you would flatten the U with the smooth part of the pliers. (But I wouldnt suggest doing this)

Thanks Sherrie, the rings are so much better than the ones from dr locs.  Those always folded over when trying to remove.  Love the tool too.  Thx.
