To keep down the frizzyness make sure you condition your hair. Then you can use a heat protector and a product that helps with frizz. There are so many right now. John Freida, Herbal Essences, and Sunsilk makes a shampoo and conditioner that make your hair straight. Hope that helps a little. I don't really know about emo hair. Sorry!

i do use those things but like they dont work right now my hair if it was staight goes to the bridge of my nose......... if i use those protector things they screw up my hair and put a lot of $hit in it and i can like pull out all this stuff out of my hair after i straighteed it... do you think i should get the colorosiss straightener??
i think some of the problem is the straighter burning my hair.....

What straightener do you use? It sort of sounds like you either use to much product or don't use a clarifying shampoo to get the silicones out.
