Uh, I was wondering... since red is so fast to fade, could I use a mixture of kool-aid and water (or kool-aid and something else?) inbetween coloring to brighten my hair? Has anyone done this or know if it works?

I haven't done it, nor do I know if it works. Personally, I think it sounds like a very bad idea. I'd recommend you freshen up your color between colorings with a color-depositing shampoo. ------------- Strand test, strand test, strand test! |
