Uh, I was wondering... since red is so fast to fade, could I use a mixture of kool-aid and water (or kool-aid and something else?) inbetween coloring to brighten my hair? Has anyone done this or know if it works?
Thanks guys

I haven't done it, nor do I know if it works. Personally, I think it sounds like a very bad idea. I'd recommend you freshen up your color between colorings with a color-depositing shampoo.

my friend used to use kool aid back in the 80's to tint her hair, but i'm not sure if you are wanting a natural red (for which i dont think you want to use kool aid) or more of a funky effect(which kool aid will do)....anyway i found this for you : http://www.expage.com/dyekoolaid - http://www.expage.com/dyekoolaid
