I’m so glad I found these boards. I’ve been reading some of the old posts and they’ve really helped me a lot with product recommendations and styling tips. I have relaxed 4a/b hair that I like to roller-wrap under a hooded dryer. I’ve been using Motions Salon Herbals Setting lotion, but I’m wondering if I should use a heat protectant. Can I use Fantasia Heat Protector serum instead of setting lotion? Also, can I use this serum on dry hair prior to flat-ironing?
