I used it for my slightly dry hair and it just made it greasy and flat. Some of Suave is okay. I highly recommend Herbal Essences. Aussie 3-Minute Miracle dried out my hair tremendously. HE is good tho -- have it now....esp the new intense ones if you have dry hair. ------------- Hair type: fine but thick; natural blonde with 15% grey
