I have introduced myself over on the newbies posts and have stated my situation. My question is I have not had a relaxer in my hair for month because of the extreme hair loss and the loss of strength in my hair due to my health condition but it is really time to get my hair in order I am tired of everyday is a bad hair day or just wear a scarf all the time. So i would like to know what do you think is a good way for me to get my thick coarse hair straighten without damaging it more, rather getting healthier hair and to stop my from hair falling out? I also want to know could I color my hair. If so what  Brand would you recommend? Help me out  please i am in need of serious help. My hair my not be strong enough for a relaxer, i don't know maybe or what you tell me? I need so advice.

Hey,I know what you're going through, you should deep condition your hair with a conditioner and one egg and leave on for about 1 hour. Then rinse off in cold water(cool water seals the cuticle and makes hair appear shiny). That method helps with damaged hair and it also strengthens it.Also moisture is the key to hair loss. Now on that dying part,in my opinion I don't think you should dye your hair, unless it's healthy.Dye breaks off your hair if it's unhealthy.Weak, damaged hair + Dye = hair loss and damage.
