I believe my hair is currently a Goldwell level 4 and I want to go to a level 7.  From everything I have read, I should highlight my hair with bleach and then use a toner on it.  I would like to use a toner on my entire head so that the root growth will not be quite as noticeable.  I want to make certain I have understand what I have read - that I should use a toner with 30 volumn and use a toner such as 6NP - is that what you would recommend?  I would like my hair to be a carmel color if possible.  Thank you for all of your help.
