Ladies,
I finally did it: I installed fusion extensions on myself! Took me around 6 hours all in all I think. Sectioning was slow going and in the beginning the bonds were about an inch long!! Because I couldn't quite see what I was doing. I must say I enjoyed myself and got no blisters on my fingers from the heat, though swearing did occur, let me tell you... dang  !
Now I'm rocking my new hair and you'll never believe what happened when I went outside! A guy couldn't stop staring and eventually said: "I will buy you anything you want. Whatever you want, I will accept it" LOL At that time I was passing this incredibly expensive shop and when he said that I actually eyed the window for a second  . Well, I must say I like short hair and such, but I'm keeping it long for now  .

I cant believe you did it yourself.I've always wanted to try doing fusion on myself but I'm not that brave.It looks great soo pretty.What hair did you use?No wonder you got hit on thats some hot hair. |

I got this hair from remyhairtoday.com...the lady is super nice! So this is Indian remy hair. Longhairdreams, My little boy is 2 and his name is Indigo. Thank you ladies for the nice compliments! The hair is from remyhairtoday.com and is natural body wave. I think I used around 4 or 5 oz. I pre tipped it a whole wile ago so I can't be too sure about the amount... . The customer service is very good. I received the hair only a few days after ordering it. It cost around $100 for 4 oz of 16 to 19" hair. It single drawn so the lengths vary a bit. Oh wow, great job with the hair! 6 hours, yikes. Your arms must have been hurting! I'd like to try the fusion technique also, but I'm still doing my research to make sure that things will go pretty smoothly for when I do, ha. Your hair looks so natural!
But I must say, I love your hair in the before picture. It has that funky look, which is more my taste anyway. However, either way, your hair is HOT!

I didn't know you had extensions, you can't tell at all. They look perfect,perfect, perfect. You should definitely stick with this look. You are gorgeous girl. And thank Indigo for not showing us too much of your boobs, though I think her was looking for his next meal from the other one

| I have the same hair, same length, from the same place, but in 1b. Yours looks like a 1, is it? You will not be disappointed. I had mine installed and when I took them out( carefully) I saved them. They still look good and I'm going to reuse them. |

Hi Nikke. The jet black is definitely you. You should stick with it for a while. I haven't put my fusion back in yet but I just bought two wigs yesterday ($25 a piece The only problem with having Indian Remy Hair is adding shine. It can't take much oil. It'll become stringy. I have to find another way of giving myself hot oil treatments. I bought an applicator bottle and I'll try that.

I've never heard of it. I have to see if they sell it here. I usually condition with Pantene Hydrating curls and let it air dry and then I spray oil sheen on my hands and rub it on my hair. The PCOS caused a lot of damage to my hair. I'm thinking about shaving it all off and starting over again (meditating monk style) that's why I bought the wigs (I'm not that bold ), No perms ever again just all natural. What do y'all think.

hmmmmmm....soooo...was this guy cute & do you have his phone#? LOL
 With that kind of reinforcement I'd be surprised if you ever take your extensions out right?! Looks great!  I just released my inner diva...she's a blonde. I always end up w/blisters because my finger protectors are too big so I end up rolling w/both the protected & unprotected fingers. Not a smart idea...I don't recommend it. Small price to pay for great hair.
Between the install & highlighting/bleaching to get from red to blonde it's been - well - time consuming is putting it mildly! I'll post pics soon. It's fun being blonde!
