How can I get this hair to grow and why won't it grow?  My hairdresser said there is nothing I can do but I just don't understand why.  My hair is pretty long so it covers it up but when I do decide to wear it back I think it would look better and fuller if all of it was one length.  Also I have to wash my hair daily because this area the hair sticks up and is all over the place, where the rest of my hair is fine. Any help is appreciate.
