Well, lots of people have been going shampoo-free because it strips your hair of natural oils. I wash my hair with shampoo maybe once a week (b/c my hair is oily) but for a conditioner i recommend Dove's Moisturizing Conditioner. If you go to Anais Satin's webpage it helps by providing info about what and how many conditioners are good. http://anaissatin.freespaces.com/ - http://anaissatin.freespaces.com/ I learned alot about ingredients in shampoos and conditioners from her website also, so check that out!

| I dont believe that shampooing strips your hair that bad unless you are washing everyday, some people here are weird.lol. I use shampoo every other day with conditioner and my hair is on the dry side usually, but its always been healthy since I do that. |

i use organic shampoos and conditioners that away i dont worry so much about them stripping my hair cause they dont contain a lot of harsh ingredients, i really like Giovanni products, Kiss my face, Jasons, and Natures Gate try some of these.:) ------------- Babycheeks |
