I actually tried it for awhile...
It is VERY time consuming, and so I quit wearing it. It was before I graduated from college, and I just didn't have the time between late night library trips and getting up early for classes....we're talking 10-12 hours a night inside.
You can't do anything in it...I mean, you can sit around. They say that you can even go in public, etc. But, you coudl only do that on Halloween, because it's SO BIG and ridiculous.
You have ot learn to sleep on your back, if you don't already, and you will lose suction in the middle of the night if you move wrong. The thing has an alarm on it, and it is su ppose to wake you up...I"m not a deep sleeper, and I never heard it so that I could re-suction it.
They cause awful skin irriation. I had a little scarring from it between my breasts, on my sternum. Not super noticable now (this was a year ago).
I used it for about a month, and you are suppose to use it for 10 weeks (but I've heard longer to get a real gain that stays). Although I really didn't like a lot about it, I did see some gain. But, none of it stuck around, I don't think. But, I have lost weight since then, too, so that might be why some of it left. It definitely causes temporary gain, though, through swelling or wahtever.
It concerns me about breast cancer...because it is changing your tissue so fast, and that can really lead to abnormal cell growth, which can be cancerous. So, that's a thought. It hasn't been tested long term.
There's a blog somewhere called bravargh or something, it has some funny stuff adn good stories. I think, if you have the money, and you REALLY don't want breast surgery, and you have the time to commit....it could really be worth it. But, if you'd be fine with a breast augmentation surgery, and don't have the time/patience, it can be really not a great idea.
Hope that helps, sorry to blabber on! It's my trademark, I think:)
