I bleached my hair (mostly just roots) two days a go to a pale yellow. Then toned with Born Blonde 'Silent Snow' Twice...I Still have a yellowy tint to my hair. I even washed it twice with shimmerlights, and today i applied a demi-permanent haircolor Wella's 'lighest pearl blonde'. None of the toners or the dye seem to get all the yellow out. I still have that 'unfinished' bleach look. I was wondering if it's safe to tone again after using the demi/toners? Or how safe is it to use toners this much?

 

Has anyone tried Wella's 'White Lady' Toner. Or have any reccomendations?

 

 The color blonde I'm going for is a very cool light almost platinum blonde. I'm afraid any darker toners will darken my hair too much, but so far none of the lighter ones have done much.
