I see that a couple of cats on here recommend using S-curl products for the waves....Which one should I use, the s-curl 360 pomade, or the activator? I also saw that someone on here said it has chemicals in it thats bad for you hair, can someone explain?

you can use both... both serve to completly different purposes... the activator helps stimulate the natural curls in your hair... if you have a high wave length meaning the lenght of your hair it takes to begin to curl then i would suggest using the activator to help get you started... the pomade is used to hold down hairs... in no way do you need to use pomade at the begining stage of waving.... all u need is a brush and some moisturizer which im sure u can use the activator as... when your waves get more defined and your deep in your wolfign stages.. pomade is perfect for holding down stubborn hairs
