Love Jetset hair...not so keen on their customer service. I wanted to exchange this volume wave for silky straight, but wasn't able to receive the required "exchange code". This is #4 regular 14" weft 2 oz. I paid $50 + shipping. You are welcome to it for $40 and I'll pay the postage. I can send a paypal invoice so you are protected.
