LOL...I havent heard that term around here in along time!! Our girl Jenny_RR is the one who coined that term I believe, so you may try doing a search on boinks or Jenny. I cant quite remember how to do them. Here you go, valentine...
Here's a series of shots of how I did mine since I couldn't place them up high like the above demo. Since I sleep on my right side, I swept all the hair to the left and twisted low. I coiled the hair up, folded, and wound it in a fabric band. In the morning, I untied and had shake n' go hair.

Love the colors Amm...I can't believe that is themofiber ....I must of treated mine really bad......but yours looks great. How old is this install?

JG - That's an uber long Plastikhaar install done with black shrinkies that was a major success. I absolutely loved that install. 
valentine, you can try multiple boinks if you're looking for a more defined wave. Divide up into smaller sections and twist/wrap each one individually. You can also finely mist the hair with water before twisting. :) ------------- http://shrinkies.net - Extension Supplies & Virgin Brazilian Hair |

okay, so I'm medicated & not at all interested in what I'm supposed to be doing right now!
I can hear the commercial now, just boink before you go to bed & wake up w/shake & go hair... :) :)

| ohhh that's smart! I always try to wave my hair with a braid and the bottom of my hair always looks funny from where the braid ended. Do you put it that way while the hair is still wet for the best effect? Or just to sleep? |

Amm I love your PH...I've been thinking about it for so long but it scares me a bit. Well, I guess I'm going to try the boinking thing! So far I've been putting 2 braids in my hair before sleeping and washing. Still looks good.  ------------- I learn to love and try to understand everyone I meet. I see the rainbow hiding in their eyes.

I wouldn't wrap the hair wet...maybe lightly mist it. I do mine dry and add Aveda "Be curly" it stays moist enough to set. (I sleep with mine in)
