Ok, I know I made a post about highlighting my waist length brown hair not to long ago. Well, to make a long story short, I went to my local Sally`s and one of the ladies that works there told me that I could pull my hair through a cap. I don`t know if she is a professional or not but to some of you professionals out there does this sound kinda stupid or what? Please respond.

Thanks
Rach

WOW, that`s kinda funny. Your hair is way to long to pull through a cap. I can`t believe she told you to try it. You must have had a real mess when you were done.

That is an amazingly bad recommendation. Do yourself a big favor and ignore it!!

Most of the ladies over at Sally`s are NOT "professionals", at least from my own experience. You will want to double check any advice you get from them especially on something as serious as color!

Thanks you guys. I didn`t think that they were professionals, thats why I had to get second oppinions. I think I will just leave my hair alone until I can fork over the doe to get it foiled professionally. I have really invested a lot of time into my hair and really I don`t wanna ruin it. I was afraid that if I pulled it through a cap that it would be broken off, so thanks for saving my hair.
