for anyone wondering if you can wear your hair up with protac/wefts...here's mine, its just a couple of twists and a medium sized claw clip....the clip just is gripping into the thick twisted part of my hair (its not resting right against my scalp like it would if i didnt have extensions because my own hair is so thin)....
and that's just my nutcracker pin next to the clip i used (i have NO counterspace in the bathroom due to product overload....i think ULTA opened next to my house on purpose!)...so anyway, it took a minute or two to do this morning, and here it is at the end of today...easy easy

So nursie, your clip is only clipping the extension hair to itself right?
Sherrie, is this the same as how you do yours? Your clip must be HUGE to hold all that hair! I have a large clip but it really doesn't even hold mine and it's way less than yours. :)

that picture was the french refined install that I wore from October through the beginning of Dec. It was a hella lot a hair! There is only one clip that I found that holds securely. Its not a gigantic clip either, I love these clips ( I call em the octopus)

oooo the octupus!  i figured your clips had to be the size of my whole head sherrie! 
B.B. : yes, the clip is holding extension hair to itself, i dont have to dig the claws down into my own hair to hold it all up at all staceywc: im glad you like my color, i've added quite a few lowlights the past few times i've colored, and i'm using darker than ever extensions, this is jetsetextensions hair in natural wave in colors #19,#27/30mixed,and a little #14 |

Nursie-- awesome I must be on the right track because at least 2 of those colors are colors that I routinely consider :) The other one is possibly the low lights, I'll have to check that hair and some online color guides out.
I'm still waiting for my elite thermo sample. Shipping problem so it had to be resent. I guess maybe next week when I'm in the states.
Also, looks like I'm staying in the states for a while. I've given up my contract overseas for now due to some insecurity levels. Maybe that will give me the chance to try out some new products and have one of you look at my hair--anyone in missouri or arkanasas? CHEAP? I did just give up my job LOL
