Im a no0b to the site. First time putting up pictures. These pics were taken after brushing. The problem is that the middle of my head at the front doesn't develop waves. It just goes straight and flat when i add pomade and durag it. The sides and back are fine just the front. I haven't tried activator yet, because I dont want to spend the money if y'all can help me out. Thanks!

K
i dont know if they like people asking for help
but u can ask on what to do :)
what i try to do is, try using some s curl activator, and wofl ur hair (if u dont know what wolfing is its when you grow your hair out for like 7 weeks while your brushing, so their will be waves under ur hair when you get a haircut)
so all i can say for u right now is to brush that spot of ur head more then the rest, put some s curl activator in it and brush :)
but i dont use pomade period because of how its hard for most of it to take out and i just dont need pomade :), but my guess is the pomade is just laying it down flat and ucant brush it as good, so use a hard brush and brush that spot

Thats why we are here, to help. It just looks like you need to wolf longer. Don't worry about the top-front being straight. Once you cut your hair after wolfing there should be some waves underneath. Wolf for about 8 weeks then get a #2 wtg.

Try wolfing that should help a lot. Your wavelength on the top might be different than anywhere else on your head. So yeah just try wolfing and brush like crazy and you should be fine. And you really wont need pomade until your hair is kinda thick. It really just help to hold your hair down.
