You can do deep conditioning treatments and/or protein treatments and keeping your hair moisturized is the key to healthy hair. At night you have to wrap your hair up with a satin or silk bonnet/scarf otherwise the moisture will be ripped out of your hair and onto your pillow causing your hair to breakage. Also healthy hair is not just taking care of your hair but also yourself inside..such as eating right and getting the required amount of water daily. HTH

Make sure you're using a satin scarf or satin pillowcase.  Also, try some protective styling while making sure your ends are properly moisturized. :)

Make sure u are eating healthy and drinking healthy liquids...healthy hair starts from the inside out and then the rest is up to you.  The women gave great advice...and limit the heat...that is  can be very damaging.
