Date Posted: April 14 2001 at 8:28pm Hey, I need some help here. I got my hair cut today and it looks great. But me and my stylist had this argument about whether or not I should get wisps. She said they are really in style now and they`d look good with my new `do. I have never hadbangs in my life and with dance team and all I think it would be hard to maintain `em. Should I get wisps or not? If they truley are "in" then I might consider it but I`ve not seen any girls with wisps in quite a long time. Are they "in" or out?
