As far as styles you could try braidouts, twistouts, buns, bantu knots, braid extensions, flat twists, french rolls etc.. http://www.motowngirl.com/how_to.php - http://www.motowngirl.com/how_to.php
You didnt mention any type of moisturizer, make sure you get a good one and use it at least once a day or every other day, especially on your new growth and ends.

Good Luck!

If you like your hair straight you can try a roller set. I am about 3/4 months post relaxer and i do a roller set to protect my ends then just worry about straightening the new growth with flat iron or blowdryer

Always use a heat protectant!! And don't forget the leave in cond after you wash your hair. Seal that moisture in girl cause the heat takes it right back out

Good luck with transitioning...I love leave-ins but the ones I use prior to flat ironing are Smoothnshine repair spray, Salerm 21, and Giovani direct. Also Neutrogena Silk-Touch is a great leave in to use on dry hair, you only need about a pea size or slightly larger per 2-3 width inches of hair and seal it with oil. What's the name of the macadamia conditioner you are using?

I also use silk touch leave in. It is really good. I am curently using care free curl right after I wash and sealing with WGO. I braid or roller set to air dry then apply Biosilk to protect hair from heat
