Hi all,
I have a question that I am sure someone can help me out with on this board, I have straight hair down to the middle of my back and always install my extensions using pro tac, I have been wearing extensions for quite some time now and would really like a change. I was thinking of going for some curly hair this time as I have always wanted long spiral permed look hair anyway. I have heard from so many people that curly hair does not stay put and I have no time for curling irons to be honest, I am more of a wash and go girl! Could anyone give me some advice on hair that stays curly even after washes please and does not go frizzy, I am starting to wonder if such hair exsists (I hope so) also if you could let me know of the site of where it is sold and also how much it is that would be great, look forward to hearing from you, merry christmas to you all. xx

It depends on the curl you want, and how much curl your natural hair has, so it's low maintenence....
I loved Bohyme French Refined, lots of people on here had sucess with it. It is slightly curly, and I never had it really frizz or anything. You can find it on hairextensions101.com I don't know anything about the hair above, where is it from? The curl looks nice! But sometimes you never know until you buy it, do a search and see if others have tried it. |

I have straight hair and wore virgin Indian hair that had a natural curl in it for awhile. I have to say that blending was a pain in the behind. If you're short on time, you'll either need to perm your hair if you wear curly extensions or get straight extensions and curl your whole head. That way, if you don't feel like spending 30 minutes blending, you won't have to. Personally, I think synthetic hair is nice - you can wear it curly or straight and it will hold a curl even through washes. I would just recommend matching the texture and curl of your own hair, otherwise you're talking about a lot more work. ------------- Hair type: 1a/f/i |

I agree with mosterita about the blending. From your post you say you already have long hair to start with, and if its straight you will have issues with it blending with curly hair and it will require alot of work everyday to make it blend.
I have shorter shoulder length, slightly wavy hair, so making french refined or any wavy texture blend for for me isnt an issue.
