waveology was great to me personally, it helped me personally figure out why we can get waves, why they stay thier even when u get a haircut and take showers, but one thing that i gotta ask is when you pick your hair out or get braides ur puttin it in a negative or neutral stage right? well when you get a hair cut and decide to start wavin again how does your hair get into that situation to get waves back? thats ma only question but everythign else in it i understand, was great

good job!Clap

i think it goes bck 2 the page in wavology about how its formed. A wave is a stressed curl rite. So unless u constantly stress ur hair into a negative or neutral position ur waves- which are now ur default ingrain - will come in first. So basically u always have waves unless u train/force ur hair into another direction. But if u have waves when u brush backwards then u will have to train ur hair to get waves when u brush forward. When that happens u cannot have waves backwards. So since u brush in a forward direction and u developed ur waves in that direction brushing backwards extensively will first brush ur hair into a straight curl then into waves but backwards. But u will lose ur current forward waves.

Hope it helps

i read the book and i thought that it was a great help. Being a newbie, i didnt realize that the art of waves could be sort of like a science. There were so many things i had no clue about such as the wavelength and the ingrain, etc etc. I really appreciate you dudes takin the time to make the compilation. Stay tru to the wave game and u will have some tru followers with ur methods.

It should be a requirement for all newbies to read it before asking any questions.

^^lmao, I wish newbies would read it before addressing their problems and concerns into threads. Because I guarantee you every problem or concern you have is there. But like many people who join, they are eager for direct attention to their problem.
