| How often do u wash your hair? My friend told me that she hasnt washed her hair in 6 months and if I am trying to grow my hair out I should do the same but that is way too long for me so how often am I suppose to wash my hair |

6 months wow! i never heard of that. is her hair growing at all? and is it growing fast?
i guess different things work for different people. lol

How often you wash your hair is a matter of personal preference. 6 months of not washing your hair is out the box thats for sure, different strokes for different folks I guess. I wash my hair 1-3 times a week.

her hair was already past the middle of her back but she is trying to grow it even longer and she said that her hair has grown but I dont pay attention to her hair that much to really know

In the winter I wash once a week. However, in the summer it may be often. It depends on what you decide, but I can not go 6 months without washing my hair. Her hair will grow regardlesss, but i wouldn't recommend washing 6 months at a time.
what does she do inbetween washes?

I wash a lot..almost every day but typically every other day.

I wonder what a sniff test would ah.... say..lol
however, she may be taking care of her scalp somehow, without washing her hair and not giving you the full low down.
i wash my hair 2x a week. mid week wash is co-wash. weekend full do with deep conditioner, etc.
Just find what's right for you.

I wash my hair every two weeks. I've been doing that for years and it works very well for me. In the summer months I wash once a week. ------------- |

I wash my hair once a week. But there have been times where I had to wash it maybe twice a week because of product build up... ------------- Love your imperfections they are what makes you unique. |

| itz not good to not wash ur hair 4 six months as the dirt and stuff will clog ur scalp up and prevent it from growing ur scalp needs to be clean and free of dirt |
