The following questions are concerning some problems that I have with getting waves. If anyone has any advice, please make a comment. I NEED YOUR HELP!
 1. Sensative Skin from the Du-Rag. Lately, I have been noticing dark marks across my forehead from when I wear my du-rag. This has become an increasing problem. I frequently wash my du-rag but I'm still seeing those dark marks! It is said that you should wear the du-rag every night but is there another alternative I can use to get rid of those dark marks on my forehead?
2. The Shape of my Head. I have noticed that people with perfect 360 waves who brush their sides in a diagnal motion have circular, almost "basketball" shaped heads. Their sides are easier to brush. I have a "peanut" shaped head and find it hard to locate the crown of my head and brush diagnal. Should I just brush the sides straight down?
3. Keeping my Hair Moist. I have visited some forums and have gotten advice from other people about waves. They have told me to not wash my hair as much. They say that shampooing your hair will break up the wave pattern. So should I wash my hair once or twice a week instead of 3 or 4?

When i started havin lines i just moved the strings up on my forhead more..but im usin a stockin cap under my durag wen i go out now so i dont have to tie it as tight. ------------- M.J.3000 |

or what you can do is if your getting the lines on ur forhead, put a headband on over the durag before u tie it again, and tie it around the durag like this, but i wear my durag liek thsi before i sleep cause i leave it on a for a long time, if im about to go somewehres ill just take it off and put the durag on for a little to keep my hair good and then i take it off and go out(i dont like wearing a durag out in public) but i didnt make this up, cmotown1 told me about it and so i did it and its worked for me

man i never have any probs with lines are anything... maybe ur tying ur rag to tight.... but i also wet my caps before i put em on which helps em stretch out so they aint grippin so hard

Don't tie the durag so tight. And you'll just have to train yourself to brush the right way.

yea i cosign with 360 wear wave cap and like they said dont tie it so tight ------------- waves as clean as mine cant be kept to myself |
