I'm pretty used to the forum, but I have a confession, I cannot stick to a regimen for some reason. Especially since I've gotten closer to all-natural hair.  Everyday I switch to something different! I know I need to do something about this, any suggestions?  Is a regimen supposed to include: a clarifier, shampoo (if you shampoo), a good moisturizing conditioner, moisturizer, deep conditioner, an oil, and leave in conditioner?

I don't know if I found the right things for me, as of yet, but I'm content with several things that I use such as Kenra MC and Motions CPR.  Whenever I'm not in the mood to wash I'll just throw Suave Con on (I don't shampoo).  Also, is there a chance that my hair may improve if I shampoo as well as condition? Also, my hair always draws to my head (matted) when it's dried loosely, is this normal?

Yea my regime has been allover the place now too because I am finding that somethings work better...I could use a my garlic poo with each wash and be fine but now I think I am going to limit it to 1-2times a month. But yea using a conditioner after every shampoo is a must for me even if it is a light conditioner. HTH
