HI ALL...I USUALLY HIGHLIGHT MY OWN HAIR WITH A CAP AND HAVE HAD MUCH SUCCESS.MY QUESTION IS..NOW THAT I HAVE GOTTEN MY SHORT HAIR CUT EVEN SHORTER( 1 INCH IN SOME AREAS) CAN I STILL HIGHLIGHT IT WITH A CAP? THANKS SO MUCH FOR ANY ADVICE...WISHING EVERYONE A GREAT WEEK ...WITH GREAT HAIR DAY`S.....

Maybe, it might look kinda spotty on the real short areas. You could try it...

I have had my very short hair highlighted both by pulling through a cap and highlights. I believe you can get spots both ways. Spots happen when the bleach gets too close to your head or is applied too heavily on one spot. It even happens when professionals do it so my advise would be to have a professional do your highlights from now on if you can afford it.
