Hey I just installed that 613 Bohyme I colored in my previous post! OMG I love love love this hair! It stays straight when I want it too! And its so soft! Thanks Sherrie! So Anyways, this is my 613 AFTER I toned it down the first time (I say first time cause I am about to do it again with a blue base and 20 vol.) Its about 7oz in 18" handtied wefts that go alllllllllllllllllllllll the way to 1" from my part! (my hair was fuc|<ed after the bleach!)

Ahh yes the before picture....
 Products I used?
uh for the Hair its Bohyme silky straight hand tied wefts in 18" I used 14 of the 16 wefts (7oz?)
I used uh...oh, Liquid gold to bond it, only the "bottom" only I didn't "sandwich" cause I didn't want the LG color to show though...
To tone it I used; Creme Toner by Clairol Professional in 323(d) Extra-light Platinum Base blue-violet ( I bough it at Sally's for about $3-4) Like this picture but 323(d)-->
 I
poured it into a bowl, then, used 30 volume developer by pouring it
into the empty creme toner bottle so I know it would be 2 oz also, then
I laid down the hair and coated it with the mix, I let it set for 20
minutes. it DOES turn GRAY while its processing! I used 2 bottles of these for all the wefts (16 in all)
I am actually on my way to the bathroom now to tone it again, as it's still too yellow for me... (i'll post pics once its done!)
OH! And I just got my Powerlon in uh, Sneiz weiess or something, from Plastik Haar OMG OMG OMG I love this hair soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much! I am going to use some as highlights, Seriously its so beautiful! I love the powerlon!

OKay, so I put a blue base (301D) in with 20 vol, and let it sit for 30 minutes AND IT DID NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! ARG! They were out of my 323D so I had to get the 301D ....now I am going back to Sally's to see if they have it in stock, but I probably won't do it till next week anyways......arg.

I never had luck with Clairol, but Wella's "White Lady" makes a beautiful pale platinum blond with no yellow undertones.
I got my boyfriend's hair to go platinum using that even after it had been dyed black!
Just FYI

there really is no reason to use such high developer- all u mainly want to do is deposit the color. using 10 vol should do it perfectly. with 20-40 deveoper- you first are opening up the cuticle, stripping off some color then depositing the color u want. if it is already so blonde, u do not need to lighten, just deposit the toner.

Yeah, I should probably invest in some 10 vol., but I usually never buy it (normally I dont need much toner) but it looks like I will need more now.

Hi Poose --
Hon, I have to tell ya that your hair looks soooo very pretty! (oh-- both you AND your hair-- but that's a given, rite?)
And can i ask why you wanted to tone the hair? Are you wanting a more platinum, white-blonde tone? I really feel the tone is VERY nice in your pics (and i know you had already toned). But the overall tone is so soft and almost buttery .... me thinks muy pretty!!
Hey, but can I ask you something???
And i'm gonna assume that you naturally have dark hair... (you can slap me if i'm wrong)--- but i saw NO telltale sign whatsover of you having wefts in -- good job!! -- So my question is this, HOW? And it sounds like you went up pretty high w/the wefts on your head? -- So part of your isntall was liquid gold and what was the other part? And are you able to still hide the wefts (especially in the crown) when your regrowth comes in?
Again -- you look GREAT!!
Oh

And i'm gonna assume that you naturally have dark hair... (you can slap me if i'm wrong)--- Yes, my hair is a very dark brown...
but i saw NO telltale sign whatsover of you having wefts in -- good job!! -- So my question is this, HOW?
And it sounds like you went up pretty high w/the wefts on your head? -- Yes, very high, I have to blow dry the top a bit to make it look right. And a little hair spray... So part of your isntall was liquid gold and what was the other part? No, I just justed LG on the bottom of the weft, I didnt do the sandwich thing.
And are you able to still hide the wefts (especially in the crown) when your regrowth comes in? I guess I'll find that out! I know I'll probably have to remove them and then bleach and reapply. I am okay with that.
