Good morning everyone!  I'm sitting here with my bulk thermofiber that I ordered to check colors and thinking about making some clip ins, but after one full day of board searching, I can't seem to find the tutorial for how to put them together (could have sworn I'd seen it before for bulk hair).  Would someone please be very kind and send me a link to one (with pics if possible?).  Also, anyone know when Shrinkies will have the dark blond clips back in in the med. size? or know of another place to get some good clips?  I'm planning to order some protac from them and would roll it all together but I'm anxious to make the clips now.  My hair is really fine so I'll need small clips that hold well and won't shear off clumps.  I should just go ahead and get the protac and wefts I guess....or get some microtubes or something to try out this hair...though again not sure how to prep bulk.  Thanks in advance for the help :)

Hey Stacey!
My suggestion would be making short wefts of the hair and then just sew them on to the clips, there's been alot of discussion here about how to make wefts yourself, and trust me, it is alot easier than it seems and is quite quick too. :)

Nope think I have the wrong kind of hair LOL unless I want to braid it into weft.  I think the bulk I have will then be shorter than my natural hair so it would sort of lose the point.  I may have to get creative and figure out a way to just add it to clipped up hair or something...hmm, guess I should move on to the protac.  At least the shedding problem I'd posted about before is slowing down so I'm starting to feel braver about it....I'm just not sure how hard it is to get it in straight without the crosshairs that I hear people mention, particularly on the longer rows.

Hi!, give me a week, I am working on making caulk wefts and should have the jury back next week as to if they work. If they work many of us will be very happy campers.

do you have bulk hair, am I understanding correctly...not hair that's already wefted?

if you really want to be creative, maybe use some LG.  i've made clip ins without sewing, just LG on the weft & press it onto the clip.  Not for full-head clip ins, but just the ones that I use maybe 4-5 times/week. Maybe if you put a line of LG on the clip & press the hair onto it you could make it work.  Be sure to saturate every strand of the hair because w/o a weft you'll see shedding.  Might work in a pinch for light usage?  Yourhairshop.com has the clips that I've used.  I know others do too.
