This is a question for all those who are taking MSM, have you seen a difference in your hair texture aswell as the condition of your hair? And what is the dosage that you are taking------------- -ladychoong- if u luv and respect urself others will too |

i saw an immediate change when I took MSM. Mostly in my skin texture and the roots of my hair. I can't really describe it, it was just "better." I guess smoother and shinier. I will really recommend the Lignisul rather than OptiMSM. OptiMSM made me feel sick and gave me headaches. -------------  I'm in!

Oh i forgot- I would put about half a teaspoon in cranberry/raspberry juice. I didn't even need to do that every day-just every couple of days. ------------- I'm in!

I also take MSM, in powder form. I use about a teaspoon or a little more almost everyday.
