I just got my hair cut and colored yesterday.
I do this whenever it is needed by the same person.
Same color and everything; a real light blonde. [my natural hair color is dirty blonde]
But this time she was very busy and was cutting someone elses hair while she was waiting for my color to process.
I believe she left the color on there too long and now my roots are WHITE.
I don't know what to do.
I don't want to go out in public like this and was wondering if there was anything that I would be able to do about it.
PLEASE help me.

Hi
Sorry to hear that this happened to you. I would advise going back to her...as you've indicated that you've always been happy with her abilities before. She won't mind i'm sure and anyway, if you're not happy with the result , you have every right too. I'm sure that she will be able to correct this if you allow her the chance to do so. Good luck.

dont be whimpy...i used to be like that, pay a lot and leave unhappy and try to fix it myself only to end up with disaster.....go back and point to the white part, she should fix it and it should NOT cost you any extra

especially since you have been her regular customer, she should WANT to make you happy.....if she doesnt do any of the above and act like she is happy to help you, then do NOT be her customer anymore!

I agree, go back and get them to sort it, its not your fault they were busy. They really should have applied the colour to your ends, then middle ends, then last the roots, as the hair at the roots is new hair growth. So what has happend is that you have ended up with root glow. They can apply ash tone to the roots to even out your colour. KarenSmile
