pre poo is a pre- shampooing treatment. Some ladies heavy oil/ do hot oil treatments. Some do Deep conditioners first, while others use home made products to treat hair for a given amount of time before washing it out. You can put your hair in a shower cap and use heat or just put your hair up also. I think I covered the basics. but if I hadn't please feel free to ask again. :)

I'm not sure what a choloesterol treatment is. I just wanted to add
that the main point of pre-pooing is to keep the length of your hair
protected so you can clean the grease off your scalp without drying out
the length.
