IMO I do not think you should be asking non-professionals about your health and what is or not is safe.  I did a Google on B vitamins that might help you, but again I would ask your doctor.

As far as Hair vitamins, I just started taking Hairtopia.  I have only been on them for a few days so I can not report on hair growth as of yet.  I can report that my skin feels softer and more glowing, plus I am feeling healthier.

Fair enough, although some such information is supported by widely-available medical evidence.

B-vitamins are water soluble.  Whatever you take in excess of your body's needs will be readily flushed.  (Overdosing on vitamin A is possible, depending on the form you're taking; beta carotene is safe).  I take 10-15 mg biotin daily (diet high in protein, biotin helps metabolize it) and 880 mg of silica (no adverse affects).  I don't see any reason for concern about your plan, and I believe it will help you.  Good luck!

Alisa -- I've read reports of other people having the same problem with biotin. To counteract the acne, I take megadoses of zinc (185mg/day in addition to food); your optimal zinc dosage may vary.

Aleksander -- Biotin is readily available for sale here in the United States.  I have heard that certain dietary supplements freely available here are not available for sale in other countries.  You can probably easily search the web for online retail sales.
