hello my hair is black i try to color it a very light beige blonde it came out red what can i do? thanks.

number to you don't dye on top of black
You need to use Bleach in order to lightin it

Colorfix FIRST!!!!  Remove that dye, then try bleaching your hair to pale yellow.  Next tone with the appropriate toner. 
 
STRAND TEST with the bleach after you use COLORFIX.

You just need to lighten it some more and it will be ok. What exactly did you use? Bleach or just dye?
You should bleach until it turns either a very light orangish color or a banana yellowish color. Then pick the dye color you want (very light beige blonde) over top and it should come out the color you want.

Strip the color out and then tone it. 
It may come out too brassy if you bleach it right away.  You should have this done by a professional because it is very damaging to the hair and you don't want to remove too little or too much of your pigment.
