Please help!
Need advice from someone who is working with Shades EQ. I have medium/dark brown hair that after Goldwell Colorance in ashy brown got red tint!
Which Shades tone my colorist shoud use in order to tone it down? I want to get the cool, not wam dark brown color.
Would appreciate your advice very much.

To tone down red/gold/orange in blonde hair people use blue/violet toners and colors so I think that it might work for you also. Does that make sense to you?
Also, it sounds like Goldwell Colorance needs to test their products a bit more before putting them out on the market. You could call a color help line if you don`t want to take my advise. They have 1-800 numbers on all boxes of haircolor, you should call and get some professional help with your hair.
