I've never had individual braids before and I wanted to use them as a protective style.  Will I have to have my ends braided up for them to be protected?  How do I keep them healthy? How long does the human hair I purchase have to be to achieve bra strap length?
Please help!
Thanks!!

the best site is truly growafrohairlong.com as sugested

Robin( the owner of the site) also has a downloadable clip to teach you how to braid; which i have tried personally with ease. I attatched the braid myself and a friend completed the balance

she also tell you to deep condition w/ a protein conditioner b-4 braiding and after taking down the braids everytime! massage the scalp with warm essential oils and sponge wash the braids when needed.

theres so much i can tell you but please check out the site.
