Lol this site taught me how 2 take care of my ish....I used 2 slap a handful of dax and thought I was spinnin hard  my ish was looking like a platnium haired sisqo back in tha day ------------- TEAM BLACK SPINNAS.....I tell my barber make my cut extra fresh.....I got some hoes I'm checking out 2nite lol |

i didnt brush as much... i brushed my sides down... and only had waves on top... oh yeah and after my hair cut my waves would disapear after i take a shower... NOT ANYMORE

^^LOL, well before this site, I had waves on my top and right side, and left side but none in the back. I was brushing everything forward and my back down. I used to glob that sportin wave pomade in my head and durag. I thought I was dippin, boy was I wrong.

damn...you figured me out.
 Well here's my real meth:1. Use a kit (by Spartan or Wave Builder)
2. Put a half a can of pomade in your hair (preferably dax ultra thick or ice pomade)
3. Put on a durag and wear it for an hour
5. Wash your hair once every 2 weeks at most
4. But the most important part of my method is: "DO NOT BRUSH!" that will mess up your waves!!!

i used to brush
and du rag, but instead of all these nice products that i read about on here
i was using vaseline and lotion for my hair
(everyday for anything)

umm hot water and pomade every night. Durag to bed...brush all the time with hard brush(in wrong direction). My waves were always good at the top(even b4 i cared about my hair) but the sides didnt connect...i thought i was spinnin. -------------

never used pomade but i use tooo use alotta vaseline and this hempoil [pimples] i never usedto brush my hair much but i use too wearmy durag all the time...i use to wear a kuffie and a wavecap undersoo they wuldnt say nothin to me at skool lol...my waves useto be spinning like crazy and i loved my texture but all tht extra oil gives me dandruff and myhair use to stop growing in the certain parts of my hair cuz i use to tie the durag tight....lately ive been tryna change up my hairstyle alittle but my moisr recent method is just brushing like crazy and pink lotion ------------- The most important time in history is, NOW, the present So count your blessings cause time can't define the essence..

Did the method include packing your hair down with dax, and wearing a du-rag. And hardly brushing? I used to use water and a hard brush, I had big waves on the top of my head. |
