Posted By: purplebeader Subject: Natural color way to dark! Date Posted: February 26 2007 at 5:20pm My hair is turning very dark. Not black but dark brown and totally wrong for my very fair coloring. I don't bother going to the beach because I start to sunburn in 15 minutes I have highlighted my hair for years (professionally) so grey isn't an issue. I wanted to do my color at home. I have tried coloring my hair with the wash out kind trying to find a color that matches my roots and then use a highlighter. I use Loreal highlighter which has been just right. It's the root color I can't find. Most times it's to dark or worse red.   Any product suggestions or should I consult a pro? thanks. ------------- "Dance like no one is watching"
