I want to go blonde i recently died my hair a dark brown but it has now faded to a medium brown which is my natural hair color. I was wondering if you guys think it would be a good idea to go blonde with Revlon frost and glow? I was thinking to pull some highlights out then after a while put it on my whole head to a dimensional blonde. Do you guys think its a good idea or safe or have any other suggestion?

I dont think it's a good idea, and here's why. frost and glow is basicly bleach and will make the highlights you are attempting to acheive look either very light orange to yellow blonde. That on top of medium brown hair will look very drastic.Unless that is what you are aiming for,a sort of punkish look,I wouldnt do it. I think you'd be better off going to a pro and getting some caramel or reddish highlights.
I did what you are getting ready to do several months ago,and i looked like a bee (dark and yellow stripes) I then had a heck of a time toning to get the highlighted parts a darker color.

Julie is so right. It would be bad.I'd get it done at a salon.Once u dye it a dark color it's hard to get it a pretty blonde color. It took me several times to get mine the pretty blonde highlights it is now.Cuz I had a dark auburn color on my hair. That's why mine is fried, but now it's looking better since I only touch up the roots with foil.Good thing my sister-in-law knows what she is doing. She did my highlights.I can do highlights, but only on others.Well, good luck!
