I thought about growing my hair out, which would be cool, and for a while, I`ve been determined, but now I`m not sure if I want long hair or to cut it. this isn`t too recent, but my hair is dyed blonde (naturally ash brown), brown eyes, i have layered hair, longest layer is about 5 inches past my shoulders, and the shortest is an inch below my chin. i used to have a narrow face, but thanks to braces, it`s a little rounder. help!!!!!!!!!!

I would say cut everything to the shortest layer and see if you like that. If you do, grow it out. If not, you can always cut more!

I think you have a cute face but your hair does nothing for it. I think a change would be good for you. If you watch The Young and the Restless, look at the actress who plays Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). This style on you would look great. It would give you a chic-sassy look.
