Opinions on Chi bleach's quality , does it leave hair in great condition ? how good is it for foiling dark brown hair to palest blonde/does it go brassy ?. I am allergic to PPD & Resorsinol so the past few months I have had foils 1st was Matrix V-Light with 20vl my hair went lovely pale blonde but went brassy 2 weeks after as I can't have toner it was horrible so I than had my hair done with VoilaDFree (has toner in-built) colour great but I had 2 hairdressers foiling my short hair & it came out different on each side & cost a small fortune so I will not be paying $150.00AUD for short hair can't afford it. I have now found a lovely salon with 2 hairdressers who have been in the biz over 20 years but they use Chi bleach........so I am asking opinions on Chi Please !! TIA
