sort of but it's very thick, it's recommended
for ppl with braids and dreads, not haircuts. -------------

yeah most people use it for that but if u got a low cut say lil d.c length then use it would make it look crazy shiny and really waves but u got to have waves for it to make it look wavy ------------- ANOTHER LEVEL |
