Does the elite thermofiber act and look more like natural hair than the wawa hair? I have the wawa, but it tangles, and I can't comb or brush it while I have them clipped in my hair. Then when I take them out, it takes forever to get the tangles out. I need something better.

I  haven't tried the thermo yet but , for me anyway, the wawa is very tangle free- far more so than most human hair I've tried...... I think I'm pretty hard on it too. It took me a while to get the hang of curling it and I fried it trying a few times before I got it right. But now it just seems to get easier and easier to handle. I let you know how the elite wears after I have some experience- but I have heard good things.

Oh and the more I fiddled with the wawa, the more natural the hair looked. I have straight, fine caucasion hair and the wawa is a very close match now that I have fried it and straightened and curled it a couple of times. I'm really happy with it.  So my advice would be don't baby the wawa...... and it gets easier to handle.

That is odd that yours doesn't tangle. Maybe mine does because I double wefted them. I sewed 2 wefts together. Would that make them tangle more? I really love it at first, but now it just looks horrible, like frizzy bunched up doll hair on the ends. It separates in little bunches, almost like dreadlocks, but not that many bunches. I can't comb through it, even with a pick. Do you put any kind of detangler or anything on it?

I have smoothed it out using the method with the blowdryer and a big round brush- I believe there is a tutorial  at dr. locks.  It might be hard to do with clip in though ........But I haven't used a detangler other than my regular conditioner.
