Has anyone every purchased hair from Lugo in Brooklyn or Manhattan? A few of my friends were telling me how fantastic thier hair is and how well it blends. Just want some confirmation before I splurge 170.00 on 7 ounces of hair.

I have purchased hair from Lugo's down here in Miami several times and yes, the hair is very good. It's not cheap but I have been pleased. Unfortunately, braids are not for me as my hair mats entirely too much with them or else I would be back at Lugo's buying more hair.
