If your hair doesn't curl up naturally then the answer is no. You would have to use something that will tame your hair and get it that curly form. -------------

You won't lose your waves, but kitting your hair will make everything kitted. By that I mean if you cut your hair the waves will then be artificial because you will be using something to form them. -------------
